Shipping Costs:

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AU within Australia.

Standard shipping is $8.95 AU within Australia.

Express shipping is $11.95 AU within Australia.

International shipping is $30 with standard delivery and times varying depending on the county your order is to be shipped too.

All orders will be sent VIA Australia Post and can be tracked on their website, auspost.com.au/track.

Once your order has been placed please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be dispatched. 

(Please note if you have entered the incorrect shipping address and your order gets returned, you will have to cover the cost for your order to be shipped out again)

Shipping Times:

These shipping times will change during the Christmas period.

If you are outside of WA and need your order in time for Christmas you will need to go with Express shipping, road shipping will not arrive in time.

Cut off date for WA express has been advised by Australia Post 14th of December. 

Standard 5-10 business days

Express 1-3 business days

International 10 business days

These times do vary depending on your location.

Please note we’re located in Broome which is remote.

Duties And Taxes:

If you’re shipping internationally please check with your local customs authority in regards to any duties and taxes that may be payable on arrival. If duties and taxes do apply this fee will be at your expense. Reef Chief Australia is not responsible for these fees. In the event of you refusing a shipment you will receive a refund less all freight cost and fees.
