How do I know what size to order?

What if my item is out of stock?

If you have bought an item and it’s out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a full refund. If you’re after a size that is out of stock please contact us to have your name put on our waitlist.

What if I receive an incorrect item or my item is missing?

If you have received an item that you did not order or are missing an item please email us straight away so we can fix your order as soon as possible.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?

We’re so sorry if you have received an item that is either damaged or faulty. Please follow the refund/exchange process and we will either replace the item if it is available or we will refund you once we receive the item from you.

How do I return my item to recieve a refund or exchange?

Do I have to pay shipping costs to exchange my item?

Yes, you will need to cover all shipping costs to exchange your item. 

What if my item goes missing in transit?

Please email us straight away to let us know. We’re not liable for any items that are lost during transit that are being returned to us. If your item does go missing  please contact Australia Post to lodge a missing parcel request.

How should I package my item for a refund or exchange?

Make sure your item is well packed to ensure it is protected during transit. Please remember to include a copy of your receipt and the refund/exchange form. If you’re making an exchange please remember to include a self addressed Australia Post satchel inside.
